All reviews must reflect a genuine customer experience. We employ email verification, IP monitoring, and manual spot-checks to detect fraudulent reviews in compliance with the CMA and DMCC Act 2024. Reviews found to be fake or manipulated will be removed and may result in account suspension.

5. Prohibited Content

Hairdresser Reviews.co.uk acts as an intermediary platform. We do not endorse any business listed or any review submitted. We provide tools for review submission and business listing but are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warspite Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We are not liable for third-party claims, losses arising from reliance on reviews, or disputes between users and businesses.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, and branding are owned by Warspite Media Ltd. By submitting reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and use your review content on the Platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

We encourage disputes to be resolved through our internal complaint process. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
