3. Profile Accuracy

4. Review Responses

Business owners may respond publicly to customer reviews. Responses must:

  • Be professional and courteous.
  • Not contain personal attacks or threatening language.

5. Prohibited Content

Business listings and responses must not contain:

6. Fees

Basic business listings on Hairdresser Reviews.co.uk are currently free. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or paid tiers in the future with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

Warspite Media Ltd may suspend or remove any business listing at its discretion for breach of these Terms, failure of verification, inactivity, or any other reasonable cause. Business owners may request removal of their listing at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By listing your business, you grant Warspite Media Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your listing on the Platform and associated channels.

9. UK Advertising Standards Compliance

All business listings must comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and all relevant ASA guidelines. Claims about services must be substantiated and not misleading.

10. Governing Law

These Business Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
